How long will we wait for a yes or a no? Time won’t stop for a moments rest, as we wait and wait for us to know for a yes or no.
How can we be happy without that yes or no? As hours and days take their toll on our hopes and dreams making them weak and old.
How miserable we become for a yes or no? We stay to see if they answer the cry of our hearts so cold and empty.
How should we know if it will be a yes or a no? Maybe they tell us to wait more or they just don’t know.
But life is more than a yes and no. It’s a jump, a fall, a shiver and a foe. But even when our feet, hands, and mind continue to grow. We will stop everything for that yes or a no
